GIANT SWING PRODUCTIONS built the Minakomi app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by GIANT SWING PRODUCTIONS and is intended for use as is.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. Information Collected

Information We Collect

When you use our Services to enable functioning of Minakomi App we shall automatically collect from you and/or your device certain information, e.g. your IP address and device identifier. Without device identifier we are not able to provide Services to you, as are not able to identify your device across the devices of other Minakomi App users. We collect IP address for security (we store that data to protect against cyberattacks), as well as to know your geographic location to stay aware of legislation applicable to you, so we could follow its requirements. Some information are collected through cookies or by third party providers as explained further. We shall not associate collected IP address or device ID with other information about you, as e-mail, address or other identifying data.

As Minakomi functionality is fully based on face detection, in order to use our App we shall need it to process your images taken by the device camera. However, all images taken by your mobile phone camera shall be processed solely on your device and shall not be sent to our servers, i.e. we do not have access to such images (we will not collect, share or store them).

Minakomi face detection algorithms used within processing of your images are not able to identify a specific person and, therefore, generally cannot be considered as collecting biometric information. However, in case the applicable law stipulates that images captured by the camera or face geometry generated by Minakomi App are considered as biometric identifiers, biometric information or similar legal category, hereby you express your informed written consent on their processing as described in this Policy.

When using our Apps we do not collect information, which identify or allows to identify you, unless you voluntarily provide us with such data (in particular, when communicating with our support team, leaving feedback re your experience with the Apps) or when certain parts of our Services ask you to provide personal information voluntarily (e.g. we process your email when you submit enquiries via Minakomi website or Minakomi App to share our SDK with you along with other information you deem necessary to provide or request).

If you leave your email we may send you our updates (marketing communications), unless you opt-out receiving these messages from us by clicking “UNSUBSCRIBE” inside the message.

In case we start collecting other categories of your personal data, we shall first explain why we collect it and ask for your express consent for such collection and further processing.

We use TrueDepth API technologies (ARKit, with automatic estimation of the real-world directional lighting environment) to create AR effects within the App. The only use of this information is to provide valuable user features. None of the information collected by the TrueDepth API ever leaves the user’s device. We do not share information with third parties, do not store or process in any other way the data which we accessed and used via TrueDepth API. Privacy and Data protection

In compliance with current and applicable legislation on personal data protection, all the personal data provided by You throughout the utilization of the Services shall be processed according to our Privacy Policy. Any user who accepts this Agreement, likewise, expressly and unequivocally accepts on an informed basis our Privacy Policy, therefore shall be able to exercise the corresponding rights in terms of personal data protection according to the Privacy Policy.

When using Minakomi App, we also obtain consent for certain practices. Minakomi will obtain consent to use Your location or send push notifications. We may obtain this consent through the Funny Media Labs App or using the standard permissions available on Your device. Your mobile device platform will provide additional tools to allow You control when Your device collects or shares particular categories of personal data. Your mobile device may offer tools to allow You the sharing of locations.

If you turn permissions off you may not have access to many features that make Minakomi App will not work properly.

Purposes of Data Processing

We collect and process your data for the following purposes:

Once your account deletion request is initiated, you will receive an email from us with further instructions. Please note that, after account deletion, you will not be able to restore your account.

2. Data Retention

Upon account deletion, Minakomi is committed to the responsible handling of your data:

  • Your historical data on Minakomi Services will be permanently deleted within 30 days from the date of your request.
  • All user data and information will be deleted from the database.

3. Third-Party Data

Minakomi does not have control over the data collection and storage policies of third-party products and services. Some third parties may retain copies of your information even after your Minakomi account has been deleted.
